Business Development Manager With Passion And Heart Required By Australia’s Favourite Bespoke Cushion Company

If you're the Business Development Manager we're looking for, you'll be results orientated, hungry for success and understand the importance of delivering quality customer service to your clients whilst working to meet sales targets.

You’ll also have outstanding interpersonal skills, be willing to challenge the norm and have a genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business.

You’ll describe yourself as passionate, sociable, modest and someone who has amazing problem solving skills.

You’ll be open minded, flexible in your approach and thinking, and a great empathetic listener.

As the face and voice of the business, you will be professional, accountable, organised and solution-focussed.

In this role you’ll take responsibility for developing new (and nurturing existing) long term partnership opportunities with Interior Designers, Landscapers and other similar businesses associated with custom made cushions.

You will work closely with our marketing team in order to establish and grow income producing Partner strategies.

You’ll have at least 4 years experience in a similar role, with a remarkable track record as a BDM.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
