The Opportunity & Requirements
An opportunity exists for an experienced Contract Manager to manage an iconic large parks and open space contract in the center of Sydney.
This highly motivated and well organised person will be responsible for the functions of large accounts including planning, tracking, management of documentation, reporting and analysis. The role incorporates all aspects of client relations, invoice processing and general administration duties, whilst working to establish client relationships and maintain all aspects of work related to client needs and potential workloads.
Your key responsibilities include:
Monitor the visual and horticultural quality of job sites.
Perform quality work that increases retention and referral rates.
Analyse and resolve maintenance/service problems, and assist with problem solving.
Sell landscape enhancements, create accurate estimates and prepare proposals.
Approve purchases of materials for landscape upgrade work and maximise their utilisation.
Complete jobs within budgetary restraints.
Make customer satisfaction a priority and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Meet with subcontractors as required.
Sell landscape enhancements.
Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted to Operations/Accounts for invoice processing.
Communicate and co-ordinate service activities with Team Member Supervisor.
Create landscape upgrade quotations and proposals.
