Your responsibilities will include:
-Tendering on varied Local Government and Infrastructure projects
-Responding to & completing residential quotation requests
-Assisting with the incorporation of OHS & QA requirements in tenders
-Researching specified materials or material requests including sourcing best pricing & supply
-Plan, coordinate, collate, review and submit tenders
-Conducting post tender negotiations
-Making new contacts and developing existing relationships
About you:
-Previous estimating/tender experience is highly desirable
-Prior experience within the Landscape Construction industry is preferable
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word and excel programs
-Willingness to learn navigation of multiple tender portals
-A keen eye for detail and accuracy in counting/measuring
-Ability to read and interpret measurement scales
-Confidence in the measurement of areas, perimeters, depth,
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A drive to grow and a team-player attitude
-Hold a valid Class C driver’s license
-Capable of overseeing the progress of projects and able to discuss timelines
-Oversee project implementation
