An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our professional and friendly team, with immediate start.
An experienced Manager is required to oversee our works throughout Sydney, with assistance of a small operations administration & project coordination team.
This role would be ideal for someone from a Landscaping Construction background or similar
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordination and management of projects with a focus on technical knowledge and problem solving including but not limited to procurement, monitoring project costs, managing project paperwork.
Identifying potential risks and mitigation measures
Carry out site inspections for scheduled projects throughout Sydney
Ensuring measurements and site specifications are accurate before the start of each job
Plan, schedule and effectively manage the operations department
Managing, coordinating and communicating with our installation team and sub-contractors
Liaising with clients before, during and after the project
Ensure compliance with OHS Practices and Quality Assurance Procedures onsite
The ability to motivate onsite staff
Work within a dedicated team of key staff directly under the Managing Director
Have experience in a similar role
Current driver's license
Ability to read and interpret plans
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent problem solving, planning and organisation skills
Have an eye for detail and give clear directions
