Office Administrator

Fifth Season Landscapes is an industry leading Landscape Company specialising in Design, Construction and Garden Maintenance.

We are excited to be offering a full-time Office Administrator position as part of our office based Team, with an immediate start available.

Based in Chatswood, we are looking for an administration specialist who can assist with the smooth running of the office and Construction teams for our Landscaping projects.

The requirements

THE ROLE

This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic, established and growing design and construction company. You will need to be creative, enthusiastic and focused with attention to detail and great time management. You will have excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to create and maintain strong, professional relationships with all our business contacts. You will also be able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment.

The salary for this role will be determined based on successful applicants’ skills and experience.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Assisting Project Leaders with the day to day programming of construction works;
Regular communication with our Clients during their active Landscaping Projects;
General office duties including answering phones, reception duties, ordering of office supplies, Meeting room preparation and greeting of guests, qualification of incoming enquiries, organisation of Company events;
Communication with suppliers and sub-contractors confirming deliveries and start dates;
Construction Certificate and Occupation Certificate documentation, Permits, Approvals & Council Applications;
Project completion Handover Documentation preparation for Clients;
WHS documentation;


MUST HAVE

About You:

3 - 5 years previous experience in an administration role within a small business (landscaping or construction industry experience would also come highly regarded);
Advanced computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google docs;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail;
A positive, friendly and confident nature;
The ability to interpret procedures, policies and reviews;
The ability to build and maintain rapport and relationships with all business contacts being clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and staff.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
