The ACT does not require the use of a standard template for ACT businesses to use when developing their COVID Safety Plan, as the ACT is looking to try and maintain a level of flexibility for businesses.

Please click here to access the ACT Guidelines for your Covid Safety Plan.   If all matters within this Guideline document are addressed in a written or electronic form that can be produced during a compliance check, this will be sufficient to constitute a COVID Safety Plan for your business.  For businesses seeking a template you can use the NSW information.
