At this event, get behind the scenes to hear about their projects, their design tips for 2022 and their award-winning formula.

Outdoor Establishments was formed in 2011 by Matthew Hook & Trystan Graham and since then Matt and Trystan have focused their attention on providing the residential landscape market with a high-end, all-inclusive landscape service.
The team at Outdoor Establishments are inspired by the laid-back Australian way of life and they seek to create contemporary spaces, through the use of quality materials and innovative ideas, that foster and promote outdoor living.
Outdoor Establishments offers garden design & landscape architecture, landscape & swimming pool construction, and horticultural services. Their work has won multiple industry awards. At the recent TLA Landscape Excellence Awards, Outdoor establishments took out the Residential Design of the Year award amongst many other category wins.
Matthew Hook
Matthew completed his trade in landscape construction & horticulture in 2005 working for The Gardenmakers, where in his final year he won New South Wales Landscape Apprentice of the Year. After travelling and working a year abroad, he returned home and began working for Secret Gardens where he met Trystan. In 2011 the pair started Outdoor Establishments and in 2012 Matthew completed his studies, gaining his Diploma of Horticulture & Landscape Design.
Trystan Graham
Trystan completed his trade in landscape construction & horticulture in 2011 working for Secret Gardens and upon completion, started Outdoor Establishments with Matthew. In 2013 Trystan returned to his studies and over the following years obtained his Swimming Pool Builders License, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons) from the University of New South Wales, and Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
