Case Study: Winning Government Tenders with Andreasens Green

There’s no doubt that many may enter into government contracts with some trepidation, however, government work can come with many benefits. Reputation and experience are two key aspects that a company can profit from. Tim & Lachlan will share their experiences from years of both tender submissions and project managing government and infrastructure supply contracts.

Q&A Session

The presentation will be followed by an in-depth Q&A session where Chris Richardson (Skyline Landscapes), will ask industry leaders Steve Simpson (Simpsons Landscapes) and David Bambridge (The Gardenmakers) key questions around winning government tenders, including:

  1. Where to find government tenders
  2. What it takes to prepare a winning response
  3. Navigating the tender process
  4. Resources required to fulfil the contract
  5. Knowing your competition
  6. Marketing your services and pitching your business
  7. Ensuring your submission is lodged correctly and on time.
