LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICE

We are an award-winning practice that specialises in creating outdoor spaces for Schools, Child Care Centres and Parks. ULP provides a design through to construction service.

We are looking for a first or second year Landscaping apprentice who is a highly motivated person, who loves to learn and is a hard worker to become a part of our Landscape Construction team.

Our ideal person is fit, energetic, loves the outdoors, and takes great pride in what they make.

Your responsibilities will be assisting in the construction of interesting landscape projects within Schools, Childcare and Public parks around Sydney. We work with varied materials and methods to build nature-focused play spaces.

Skills you will develop include:

Carpentry including decks, pergolas and custom play items
Stonemasonry
Concreting
Paving
Planting and turfing
Soils and Drainage
Brickwork
Water features and Ponds
...and many more.

The requirements

Qualifications, interests and experience. These are preferred but not essential for the right person:

Completed Year 12 or equivalent
Personal interests that connect with the Landscape industry
An interest in Caring for the Environment
Experience in a related field

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
