Landscape Foreman / Landscape Tradesman

Profile Landscapes is looking for candidates to occupy the following positions. Profile seek a qualified Landscape Foreman, Landscape Tradesman to compliment our growing team.

There are several positions available.

The positions hold an integral role within our company. The applicant will be responsible for the planning and execution of commercial scale landscape construction works - both hard and soft landscaping.

The applicant must be able to understand the contracted scope of works, and its programming requirements, whilst carrying out clear concise communication to staff, management and clients. These positions require a mature person to manage the projects, teams of employees and the clients' expectations.

The requirements

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret site plans
Manage all works according to the contracted scope.
Maintain efficient and safe usage of all machinery on site.
Complete relevant company paperwork and bookkeeping, submitting to the office for processing weekly.
Proactively showing initiative with ideas, problem solving, amendments and providing regular updates.
Ensure projects are completed to our high standards & in an efficient and timely manner.
Comply to company policy in regards to W,H&S, Quality Control and Environmental Systems.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in Hard & Soft Landscape Construction.
Strong background and work experience in leading staff.
Experience in commercial construction of retaining walls, draining systems, concreting, paving, demolition and earthworks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong knowledge, and possible use, of all relevant machines utilised within the landscaping industry.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
