Landscaping Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a landscaping apprentice to join our team!

Built2Last specialises in all aspects of landscape design and construction, from concept to full construction including structural works: retaining walls; decking; pergolas; cladding; and outdoor rooms, pool areas, outdoor spaces, all garden works, outdoor lighting, irrigation systems, concreting and renovations.

We focus on high end design and construction work around Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Work is varied and very interesting. You will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills from day one. Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply.

You will be working alongside our highly skilled and qualified tradespeople learning and mastering your trade.

The requirements

To be successful you will need to have the following:
Must have:

Completed Year 10
A white card
Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in landscaping
Physically fit and capable
Have exceptional attention to detail
Be very punctual, honest and respectful to others
Be a team player who fits in well with an already amazing team
Good, strong work ethics and time management skills
​Be a confident communicator

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
