Landscaping Team Leader

Are you the person we are searching for?
If so, you will be an innovative, experienced and passionate Landscaping Tradesperson.
You will be working alongside a dynamic team of industry professionals who go above and beyond for our clients, in keeping with our core values of excellence, integrity and genuine care.

The Overview of the role:
• Lead and manage all on site Landscaping activities required to execute each project
• Engage with Customers to provide a positive service delivery experience
• Coordinate team, contractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes
• Liaise with Project Manager regarding project schedules, outcomes and reporting
• Demonstrate an excellence in landscaping trade skills
• Actively engage in training and developing apprentices at all levels
• Maintain a proactive interest in the industry and professional development

Commencing in 2018 in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, Looking Up Landscapes was established with a passion to create durable and beautiful Landscapes for real people to really live in. We pride ourselves on providing a positive encounter for every Client from inquiry, through the design and construction process, right to the big reveal.

The requirements

About you:
• Completed qualifications in Landscape Construction Cert III or higher
• Current Trade Licence/Qualified Supervisors Certificate
• Minimum 7 years industry experience
• Sound understanding of Residential and/or Commercial Landscaping
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Willingness to innovate and problem solve
• Creativity and passion for the industry

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
