Working Supervisor / Foreman Wanted | $150K–$400K Projects | Sydney-Based

We’re seeking a skilled Working Supervisor / Foreman to take the lead on structural landscaping projects across Sydney.

This role can be structured as ongoing contract work or potentially evolve into a more permanent position — we’re flexible for the right person.

About the Role:

• Lead and deliver structural landscaping projects valued between $150K–$400K
• Oversee site operations, materials, and scheduling
• Coordinate and manage a small team of landscapers or subcontractors
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in structural landscaping or residential construction
• Strong building knowledge and practical skills
• Ability to read and work from plans
• Confident scheduling tasks and managing site timelines
• Reliable, organised, and hands-on
