Jim Fogarty is an AILA registered Landscape Architect based in Melbourne. His design experience includes exhibiting internationally at some of the most famous garden shows accruing over thirty design awards including sixteen gold medals. Jim has been a garden design writer for various publications in Australia, a show garden judge, and is the past National President of the Horticultural Media Association Australia.

A licensed Builder, Glazier & Carpenter by trade, his career started in the Glass industry in 2005 and evolved into Daniel obtaining his Builders license in 2018, building countless luxury homes throughout Sydney.

Ken Bevan has over 25 years experience in the horticulture industry. He was the General Manager of Alpine Nurseries for a number of years. Ken held a position on the Nursery Strategic Industry Advisory Panel, responsible for directing the investment of nursery levy funds which gave rise to key projects such as, the 202020 Vision and Plant Life Balance and was a member of various other industry steering committees.

David has over 20 years’ experience in the landscape industry, across a range of industrial & commercial sites he has delivered projects for both large builders and developers. David has also previously run several large maintenance contracts including the City of Sydney. Don Kirkegard

Don has over 20 years’ experience in construction management and has been involved in the project management and contract administration for an extensive variety of projects for both the public and private sectors. This diverse range of projects includes creekline rehabilitation, fresh & saltwater wetlands, fauna habitat rehabilitation, large scale public playgrounds, public parks, sportsfields & streetscapes.

Descriptions of contracts contained on this website are a guide only and do not outline a specific fitness for purpose. The Landscape Association gives no representation or warranty about suitability of a particular contract for a specific function.

The Landscape Association does not accept responsibility for loss or damage suffered by any person or body relying directly or indirectly on any information contained within the pro forma contracts or the LNA Master Landscapers Rates Guide Schedule of Rates for Landscape Works. All contracts and Guides are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
