Determinations for wages published

Each financial year the Fair Work Commission reviews and sets minimum wages. These are the determinations for the Annual Wage Review 2021–22.

Minimum wage rates determinations

On 15 June 2022, the Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commission issued the Annual Wage Review 2021–22 decision [2022] FWCFB 3500 to change modern award minimum rates.

For most awards the changes will take effect from the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.

Expense-related allowance determinations

Commission staff have prepared determinations adjusting expense-related allowances in modern awards for the applicable Consumer Price Index figure.

The expense-related allowances determinations for the awards being changed on 1 October 2022 will be published on 12 August 2022, as outlined in Statement [2022] FWCFB 99.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
