Draft determinations for wages published

Each financial year the Fair Work Commission reviews and sets minimum wages. These are the draft determinations for the Annual Wage Review 2021–22.

Minimum wage rates draft determinations

On 15 June 2022, the Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commission issued the Annual Wage Review 2021–22 decision [2022] FWCFB 3500 to change modern award minimum rates.

For most awards the changes will take effect from the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.

Expense-related allowance draft determinations

Commission staff have prepared draft determinations adjusting expense-related allowances in modern awards for the applicable Consumer Price Index figure.

The draft expense-related allowances determinations for the awards being changed on 1 October 2022 will be published on 12 August 2022, as outlined in Statement [2022] FWCFB 99. Interested parties will be able to comment on those drafts at that time.
